The NIJ Level III Silicon Carbide Hard Armor Plate with Single Curved STA is a NIJ 0101.06 qualified level III plate, which can be used independently.

This plate is made of advanced composite materials (Test report available). The use of SiC Ceramics makes the plate lighter in weight and practical in long-time tactical activities.

NIJ Level III, stable and excellent protection capability, can stop the bullets of regular rifles.

This plate is NIJ 0101.06 certificated with a protection of III (Test report available) and rated to stop 7.62 x 51 mm M80 and 5.56 x 45 mm SS109 NATO Balls. It can stop the required type of bullets ≮6 shots.
